Garage Conversion
Ryan and John fitted our kitchen and we are delighted with the finished product. Having used the kitchen for a few months we have encountered none of the snags or "shortcuts" that you might expect to find from a kitchen fitting. They found a way for us to have an extractor fan despite the hob not being near to an external wall, which means for the first time we are venting all the moisture and cooking smells to the outside. They are also great communicators, checking in where there is more than one approach to be taken, and helping to decide the best solution.
New Kitchen
We called in Elite who completely renovated our lounge with a new solid oak floor, plastered walls, built in a under stair cupboard, soundproofed the walls and decorated. They even finished the jobs that another builder let us down on. They paid attention to detail and finished the room to a high standard, we will definitely use again for the next jobs we have.
Updating a home
Ryan and John took on our nightmare job after other tradespeople had refused. Our extension project had gone badly wrong with our first builder and, after three months, they left us in a mess: leaking roofs, mouldy plaster, no electrics/plumbing, no functioning kitchen... a huge list of issues. Late November, Ryan and John arrived and worked until Christmas Eve to ensure we had a functioning, dry, safe space in time for Christmas, as agreed. They were upfront about the challenges and unknown costs of putting right bad work. They respected us, our home and our situation, and did a great job!
